ANOTHER BRISTOL CONDO UNDER CONTRACT

Thebristolcharlestonscbuildingpostcardweb
Real Estate is starting to move in Charleston SC and my proof is putting several condos under contract in the same week. Condo sales, the one area of the market that has stagnated, are on a comeback! The most exciting news is that the luxury condominiums at The Bristol are still the lowest price per square foot on the peninsula of Charleston, and I just put a three bedroom condo there under contract to close in a month. That will be the second condo in that building this year. With a marina out back, tons of security, a gorgeous pool and spacious exercise room, it's not really that hard to see why people are interested in living there. A word to the wise: " come and get it while the getting is good." There is still a nice selection.

Midtown Homes, Townhomes, and Condos with Coffee Shop

Midtown in downtown Charleston means true urban living with modern architecture. These properties stand out from the typical Charleston style making it a great choice for those who appreciate a different perspective. Located one block from upper King Street shops, restaurants, and nightlife and just around the corner from Coffee, a new Internet cafe, this is a good place to live to be near MUSC.
